The ability to manage time enables clients consistently deliver results on time, to specification and within budget.
There are four factors to effective time management.
Diary management, Effective Goal Setting and Active Prioritisation are the essential first three steps. However, the fourth key to successful time management is to protect your time by keeping ‘time stealers’ at bay.

- Do things that are important before they become urgent
- Eliminate time stealers
- Minimise stress
- Operate a clear desk policy
- Develop saying 'no'
- Set goals, life goals, work goals, task goals
- Work in a ‘do it now’ culture
