Terms
When course dates are scheduled and confirmed in writing, The Thinking Consultancy will ask for a 25% deposit.
Upon receipt of the deposit, the outline course programme will be sent and agreed. An invoice will be raised for the balance.
When the balance invoice is raised, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Commitment
The Thinking Consultancy commits to a course even if attendees run to a low number of people.
The Thinking Consultancy commits to the scheduled dates.
The Thinking Consultancy commits to the scheduled dates of the course after booking.
