The programme takes participant through a simulated, but ‘real time’, problem through which The Thinking Consultancy’s cyclical model is applied.
The model integrates Situation Analysis, Problem Analysis, Decision Making and Potential Problem Analysis with respect the environment within which the issue evolved.
Problem Analysis and Decision Making is a 5 day residential programme involving evening work and popular with our business clients.
