Memory Skills
The Thinking Consultancy delivers a 1 day programme on memory skills. We all have a perfect memory but do not necessarily know where we have stored information or how to retrieve it. Our memory is a massive filing system where sometimes we ‘forget’ which file, or which draw we used.
The one-day programme gives clients practical memory techniques for every day use enabling us to extract stored information as and when required.
Mature students and students studying through distance learning find this course very useful. Executives and directors involved in planning, organisation and making commercial decisions find this course invaluable.
The course outline includes:
- Remembering names and fitting names to the correct faces
- Remembering by creative story telling
- Different types of memories
- The advantages of differing memory techniques
- Using Cognitve Mind Mapping to aid memory
- Accessing sub conscious memories
- Remembering dates and appointments
- Using creative memory techniques to remember formulae, equations, complex lists etc
- As a convincer participants will end the day learning the 26 letter of the alphabet in Morse Code

For those funding their own development we will run our Advanced Speed Reading course on a weekday of your choice.
You can bring two colleagues with you.
