Paul Hobbs and The Thinking Consultancy hold the trademark, copyright and intellectual property rights to Quantum Reading™.

It is a condition of attending the Quantum Reading™ course that clients do not in any way adapt, adopt or incorporate any of the techniques discussed, shown or demonstrated on a Quantum Reading™ course into their own training courses or in any other way train, teach, demonstrate or show others or write about for publication any of the techniques within a Quantum Reading™ course without the prior consent of Paul Hobbs.

Recording of training classes is not permitted.

These conditions are absolute and applies where concepts are in the public domain.
